The Niranium Company was founded
in the 1930’s in Long Island, New York.
CMP purchased the Niranium business in 1984.
Products
The Niranium product
line was developed primarily to satisfy laboratories
which process chrome-cobalt partial dentures.
The line includes chrome-cobalt alloys (both
ingot and pebble) for partial dentures, nickel-chrome
alloys (both with and without beryllium) for
ceramics, partial denture investments (both
oxy-phosphate and ethyl-silicate), agar duplicating
materials, and other miscellaneous items.
Market
Niranium alloys are CE-certified
per European regulations.
